WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGES FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
- Approved returns will be issued refunds in the form of a STORE CREDIT.
- We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
- The 15 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 20 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Defective Item must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Please note that all items are personally inspected before mailing the items to our customer. **
- Washed items cannot be returned or accepted for store credit. Be sure to read the care instructions before wash.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
- All accessories, hats, jewelry, intimates, purses, sunglasses, totes, hair accessories, scarves or personal care items.
- Any item purchased with a discount of 30% or more, Mystery Bags, Holiday Items, or FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
- Special Buy, Promotional Price and Deal of the Day items are only eligible for exchange or store credit for the purchases price and must have all tags and packing invoice accompanying the return. .
